ukanvas is an artist-inspired independent company, providing high quality canvas artwork from a diverse community of emerging and established international artists.

ukanvas was conceived in 2006 by Jason Bradley and Sam Austin who both shared a passion for being annoyed at how difficult it was to survive as a creative once you finish education and travel the world for a bit.

With nothing better to do at the time and after some scrambled eggs, they decided to set up a creative portfolio website with the intention to offer a creative platform for creative people to network, be part of a community and sell their work to the unsuspecting public.

With enthusiasm and not sleeping for a while, a small collection of local illustrators and designers were talked into joining the idea and in 2007 the process of setting up the first website began.

Since then the ukanvas brand has evolved organically and we have been lucky enough to unearth some exciting talent from all over the globe. The second generation site was launched at the end of 2008 and we have featured 4 fantastic seasons of artwork so/thus far.

ukanvas thrive on providing art that is fresh, inspiring and original, as we believe people need an alternative to diluted and massed produced images. All our artists have agreed to make ukanvas their exclusive destination for canvas prints and we never print more than 50 of a design.
With a multitude of different cultures, disparate styles and diverse personalities, ukanvas artwork is truly unique and like nothing you would have seen on the high street.
