1: Introduction
This agreement is a legal document which states your rights and obligations, and those of ukanvas, in relation to the ordering of products through this site
2: Orders and Payment
ukanvas process all orders through the site via the secure online payment system, Google Checkout. Due to a change to transaction processing requirements for Maestro cards, we are no longer in a position to support this card type on Google Checkout. All other standard credit/debit cards are accepted and Google will hold all payment details. More details here.
On ordering, your card details will be verified, cleared and then debited. All prices are displayed in English pounds.

3: VAT
VAT at 17.5% is included on the purchase price of all items within the EEC. For orders outside the EEC we will refund the appropriate tax deduction. Customs and import duty maybe added for international orders and are the responsibility of the purchaser. They are not covered by the delivery charge.
4: Packing and Delivery
Canvas artwork is wrapped in protective foam and then packed in sturdy MDF casing in preparation for delivery. Delivery charges apply as follows:
Within the UK and Ireland
1 Print = £17.50
2 or more = £25.00
or Spend over £300 for free Delivery
European (Excluding far Eastern Europe)
1 Print = £35.00
2 or more = £50.00
or Spend over £400 for free Delivery
International (Including Eastern Europe)
1 Print = £45.00
2 or more = £60.00
or Spend over £500 for free Delivery
As all ukanvas artwork is made to order, standard UK delivery time is 10-14 days from the time of order. The majority of our deliveries are made within 10 days and in addition an email will be sent out at the time of dispatch informing you the artwork is on its way. For European and international orders we will email you shortly after your order, with an estimated delivery date. A second dispatch email will inform you the artwork is on its way.
Customs and import duty maybe added for international orders and are the responsibility of the purchaser. They are not covered by the delivery charge.
If you do not receive your order within this time frame please contact us at sales@ukanvas.com with your name, delivery address and order reference and we will locate and resolve the problem.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
5: Refunds and Returns
If your order gets lost in transit or is received damaged please contact us immediately at sales@ukanvas.com. A full refund will be made to your debit/credit card or alternatively we will provide an exact replacement and simply pay the new outgoing delivery charge if applicable. You should always sign for a parcel as damaged if the packaging is damaged upon receipt and refuse to accept it.
If you are dissatisfied with your artwork for any other reason, please contact us immediately at sales@ukanvas.com and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
We can accept the return of all artwork within 14 days of you receiving it and provide a full refund or replacement. However, dependent on circumstance, it may become your responsibility to incur the delivery cost. We cannot make any exchanges or refunds after the 14 day period.
6: Bespoke orders
Each piece of artwork is available in 4 standard sizes of landscape, portrait, square or panoramic. However if you have a specific size requirement you can contact us at info@ukanvas.com and we will send you a quote for the bespoke size.
All the images displayed on the ukanvas site are strong visual representations of how the finished product will appear, however please be aware that colours may differ slightly from monitor to monitor and will not be an exact replica.
7: Privacy
ukanvas do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties and any information you provide will be treated as confidential.
8: Copyright Policy
ukanvas operate under an exclusive license agreement will all our artists. Copyright for imagery is not held by ukanvas, therefore any infringement of copyright is between the artist and customer.
Ukanvas have a contractual agreement with the artist to produce a maximum of 50 prints of any image displayed on the site. The artist is aware, should further prints be produced, they are fully liable.
9: General
Our priority as a company is to provide a quality product and service to our customers and artists. We will always operate under a common sense policy and aim to constantly improve on our well respected and growing reputation.
